As announced on Workplace and on behalf of the Executive Council we would like to invite you (or a delegate from your association) to the next Presidents Council meeting on May 4-5, 2023 to be held in Belgrade, Serbia.

There is the possibility to attend the meeting online but we do hope that most of you will be able to be physically present.

The Serbian Psychological Society is organising the European Semester of Psychology and we are very much looking forward to have our meetings in Belgrade

  • Thursday, May 4, 2023: 19.30 hrs: Presidents Dinner at Velika Skadarlija Restaurant
  • Friday, May 5, 2023: 09:00-15:00 hrs: Presidents’ Council Meeting at the Hotel Mona Plaza

Report of the member association:

We invite you to prepare 1 slide for the PC meeting informing us about activities and ongoing projects, changes in legislation, changes in your organisation and good practices, that might be of interest for the other countries.

Please send your slide (ppt format) to our office manager Julie Van den Borre (julie.vandenborre@efpa.eu) by April 28, 2023. This will allow us to gather all slides and prepare a presentation for the PC meeting where the delegates will get the opportunity to present their report.

Attendance:

Please confirm your presence the meeting and dinner ONLINE by using the link here before April 24, 2023! Let us know ONLINE if you can’t attend so we will not send reminders to your association!

Hotel accommodation:

Preferential rates are offered to EFPA participants in the following three hotels:

  • Hotel Mona Plaza – 140 euros (meeting venue Presidents’ Council meeting on Friday 5 May 2023)
  • Hotel Museum – 130 euros
  • Hotel Belgrade City – 95 euros

To make a hotel booking please use the attached hotel reservation forms and send it to the email address mentioned on the hotel form of your choice.

Please make your hotel reservation before 7 April 2023. After this date the abovementioned prices cannot be guaranteed anymore.

Airport transfer:

By bus

The airport is under construction and it is difficult to inform for the moment where the bus station is. We hope to have more information closer to the meeting date.

By taxi

Be careful with taking a taxi at the airport and be sure that the vehicles form part of a taxi company otherwise you might pay too much.

Private transfer

You can order transfer in advance by sending an email to the attention of Ms Jelena Ratković to info@jrhotelmanagement.com

A vehicle up to 2 persons costs 35 euros per direction. Payment can be made cash or by credit card.
